Waterkloof “Circumstance” Cabernet Sauvignon, Stellenbosch

A seriously high quality Cab Sauv from one of the most consistent wine producing regions in the new world.  Inky, deep ruby in the glass.  Great intensity on the nose with notes of cassis, pencil shavings, ripe blackberry and spice.  It's immediately appealing upon opening but will reward decanting.  A rich, succulent wine with lush, bright blackcurrant fruit and smooth, fine tannins.  Supple, concentrated and complex with fresh acidity on the long, complex finish.
