Pale yellow in colour with floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine along with trademark nectarine.  Medium bodied, the palate is all about mediterranean stone fruit with a refreshing hint of fennel.  The sweet fruit is balanced by a core of acidity which carries the medium length finish. Organic. ABV 13%
