Sierra Grande Sauvignon Blanc, Valle Central

Fresh and crisp with lots of ripe citrus fruit. The nose is packed with lime zest, grapefruit, passionfruit and kiwi flavours.  Refreshing, clean and well balanced.  The grapes for this wine are grown by the Martin family in the Andes, 500m above sea level in clear blue skies and fresh mountain air.  The vines are planted on steep slopes and are therefore harvested by hand and with great care.  It is rare to find this sort of attention to detail in an affordable Chilean Sauvignon Blanc.
