Fresh and gently fruity fizz from northeast Italy (Veneto) with citrus and green apple aromas.  Lively on the palate with ripe apple fruit, zesty acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.  Hand harvested at optimum ripeness and gently pressed to preserve the delicate fruit flavours. ABV 10.5%
