Primordial Red Blend, Western Cape

Bright, youthful aromas of fresh red berries with hints of summer pudding. The palate is fresh and sappy with crushed Morello cherries and a cranberry tang. An approachable, crunchy young red with a touch of spice on the finish.  As the name suggests it is a blend of many classic Cape varieties, mainly Syrah and Cinsault. ABV 11%
