Sileni Cellar Selection Pinot Noir, Hawkes Bay

Fresh bakewell tart.  Cherry jam and fresh almonds.  In the mouth, it's bright and clean with more almonds and darker cherry fruit, plum and sweet spices. Acidity provides the structure along with very fine tannin and carries the finish.  Would pair beautifully with Peking duck and hoisin sauce. ABV 12.5%
