Emiliana “Adobe Reserva” Merlot, Casablanca Valley

This is an extremely correct Merlot with ripe, sweet, dark plums, red cherry and white pepper on the nose allied to a subtle earthiness.  The palate is fleshy, juicy and rounded with ample fruit character. Partial ageing in old French oak barriques helps develop and soften the wine, adding a touch of sweet spice. ABV 13.5%
