Notes of juicy pear and apricot on the nose are underpinned by more mature aromas of hazelnut and freshly baked bread. The texture is creamy and full bodied with well balanced acidity a tight mousse. Great texture and length.  This is a versatile Champagne and a great match for canapés, mushroom based starters, cheese and all manner of poultry dishes - or enjoy alone as an aperitif. ABV 12.5%
