Decidedly refreshing with great poise, aided by a minimum of 3 years ageing in their stunning Roman chalk cellars in Chalons-en-Champagne, carved inside a hill and still in their original state.  This is a silky, nutty, lemon biscuit scented Champagne. Approachable, soft, round and never heavy. ABV 12%
