Henners Brut, East Sussex

Freshly baked bread aromas combine with crunchy green apple fruit to provide a wonderfully welcoming nose. The palate is fine -boned with a lively and persistent mousse. On the palate there is more green apple and pear fruit character mixed with a leesy, brioche flavours. Balanced acidity and a long finish make this a complex and moreish sparkling wine. ABV 12%
