Gusbourne's Blanc de Blancs is their signature cuvée.  Pale gold in colour with a fine, persistent mousse, this traditional method sparkling wine offers exceptional finesse and complexity.  On the nose, it brims with bright citrus – ripe lemon, orange peel, green apple, and Williams pear.  The palate is focused and elegant, layered with orchard fruits, white peach, and vibrant citrus, alongside richer notes of toasted nuts, brioche, and lemon meringue pie.  Extended lees aging for 39 months adds depth and texture, creating a precise, fresh mouthfeel with a zesty mineral finish.  Perfect as a luxury sparkling wine for seafood lovers, this vintage pairs beautifully with oysters, a platter of fruits de mer, or a warm goat’s cheese tart.
