Aromatic, zesty nose with notes of apple, lime and white flower.  The palate is full of juicy apple and lemon characters, and is textural thanks to extended lees ageing.  The chalky soils lend the wine refreshing minerality.  The finish is crisp and incisive with zesty, mouthwatering fruit.  From Araldica's magnificent Gavi estate, La Battistina.
