A wine residing more towards the open and friendly end of the Pouilly-Fumé spectrum to the rather mean "mineral" wines that have been in fashion for so long.  Fruit-forward generosity is complemented by its acidic structure and grippy finish which includes flavours of lemon zest and chamomile, nettle and apple.
