Daniel Fries Estate Riesling, Mosel

Fresh citrus, with ripe stone fruits and just a hint of trademark petrol on the nose.  The palate is juicy and mouthwatering with superb balance and concentration.  A really super, dry Mosel Riesling from the lower slopes of Winningen.  Hand-picked grapes are fermented in large wooden barrels and stainless steel.  Bottled after 6 months of rest on the full lees.  Bottled unfined. ABV 12%
