Chateau La Tour Cordouan, Médoc, Bordeaux

A vibrant, fresh-scented claret with bags of crunchy red and sweet black fruit flavours. The toasty oak character is well-judged. In the mouth it is rounded and ample with a long finish.  Balanced, clean and ripe, it can be enjoyed young and will acquire additional interest with a few years in the cellar - if you can keep your hands off it.  A versatile food wine, it is well paired with roast chicken, beef, lamb or mature cheeses. ABV 12.5%
