Fog Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, California

Deep ruby in colour with intense, fresh aromas of sweet black cherry and raspberry. On the palate it has pronounced flavours of bright blackcurrant and plum with subtle hints of dried cherry and sweet spice. Full-bodied with soft, ripe tannins and a lingering finish, this is a premium Californian Cab at an unusually sensible price!  The name "Fog Mountain" pays homage to the cooling impact of both the Pacific mists and altitude which keep grapes cool and prolong the growing season, allowing for fully ripe, flavourful grapes with the right balance between sugar and acidity. ABV 13.5%
