Stunning magenta colour.  Energetic and alive.  Bursting with bright, red berry, boysenberry and sweet cherry aromas.  The palate is fresh and crunchy.  While the tannins are present the wine's structure comes predominantly from its acidic profile.  This is a premium Barbera from a passionate, small-scale family producer in the wilds of Paso Robles.  It is about as perfect a summer red as you can imagine and will reward gentle chilling.  Pair with grilled mediterranean vegetables, seared tuna, barbecued lamb or simply enjoy on its own.
