Aquiline Sauvignon Blanc, Western Cape

Classic Cape Sauvingon.  Fresh citrus aromas with stone fruit and tropical notes and a hint of lemon grass. Green apple and more ripe citrus character on the palate with cleansing acidity and a nice streak of minerality on the finish.
